Shipping

Standard shipping is 5-7 business days using USPS or UPS. Please allow 2-3 business days to properly package up the artwork for shipment from the studio. Shipping rates are determined by weight, size, shipping destination and desired method. A detailed address with phone number is required for delivery. We cannot ship to a PO Box.

International Shipping

Local Pick-up

If you’re in the Boston area, we can arrange in-studio pickup.

Forms of Payment

PayPal & Venmo accepted at Checkout. If you do not have a PayPal account, click on "PayPal" and a window will pop up with options to either login to your PayPal account, or Pay with Debit or Credit Card (without having to create a PayPal account).

Order Cancellations

If you decide to cancel an order after it is placed, we can seize processing and issue a refund before the artwork is shipped. After an order has been processed and shipped it is not possible to change an order in any way including shipping address, or changing the specific painting ordered.

Return Policy

I hope you are very happy with your artwork purchase. If a painting arrives damaged, please contact me immediately to work out an exchange. Returns for other reasons will be handled on a case-by-case basis for store credit. All shipping fees are non-refundable unless painting is determined to be damaged. Ellen Rolli is not responsible if the returned package is lost or the painting is damaged in the mail. 

Paintings must be returned in their original, perfect condition in order to receive a refund. Please take care in repacking your return items for shipping. Return shipping costs will not be refunded.

Privacy Statement

Ellen Rolli does not sell or share your information with outside companies or third parties. When you purchase from our online store, we request your name, billing and shipping addresses, phone number, email address, and credit card information. We ask that you provide this information so that we can process and ship your order.

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold Ellen Rolli harmless from and against any and all claims, damages, costs and expenses, including attorneys' fees, arising from or related to your use of the site.
